You can look for the low hanging fruit among the United States Public Records, 1970-2009. These records came from an index of names, birth dates, addresses, phone numbers, and possible relatives who lived in the United States from 1970 and 2009.

I have a cousin who was killed when he was very young. He and his family had moved to Joliet, Illinois from Ohio. His name was Robert Foster, Jr.:

My father's birth was 9 June 1938. They both lived in Joliet, Illinois and in the 60432 zip code, but they lived at different houses. Their event dates go well past their death dates. I could research the records which I think may have been used to contribute this information.

I am glad to have found these two records. I have an overflow of feelings. The father of Robert Foster, Jr., my cousin, was Robert Foster Sr. I cannot find his record in the collection with his correct birthday.
